On September 18, 2024, a provider for Billhighway's landing page, www.billhighway.co, experienced an outage between 11 pm-11:30 pm EST which made the website temporarily inaccessible to visitors for approximately 15 minutes. There was no disruption to members or staff using the Billhighway application.
